If you would like to learn tricks for the skill and co-ordination aspect or just to show off this is the page for you.
Here are just some of the tricks that can be done we will talk you through each one individually and hopfully in the future we will have some videos and pictures for you.

Double Under(s):
This is when you jump once and the rope passes under you (turns) twice while you are in the air.

Turn rope as usual to get speed up
jump slightly higher than usually but turm rope faster and count the the turns of the rope
land gently on the balls of your feet and bend your knees (be aware of the rope that is still turning)

Cross.
This is when you will make a single turn and jump with your ams crossed like the girls did back in school.

turn rope as normal to start
when the rope comes from beneath your feet sweep your arms across each other keep it as smooth as possible
once the rope has made a full turn and passed under your feet for the second time uncross your arms again as smoothly as possible
land on the balls of your feet and bend your knees on landing.
