With proper instruction and the right technique a rope jumping program will improve: stamina, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and agility. It will also dramatically improve your timing, co-ordination, rhythem, speed and power. Jumping rope forces every muscle group to work in one session making it one of the best excercises available. We have worked with many teams such as BRISTOL CITY F.C and in the future we are working towards teaching the NEATH-SWANSEA OSPREYS and SWANSEA CITY and many univercity teams, BRIAN FLYNN has also shown an interest in regards to us teaching the welsh under 21 squad our speed and power programs.
