Who Are We?
We are the ONLY jump rope club in Wales, we consist of boxers and atletes that enjoy rope jumping as
a means of reaching supreme fitness and skill levels.
I run a club on a sunday where I teach men and women of all ages to "jump rope" so please if you have
any questions don't hesitate to contact me.
What Do We Do?
ROPICS U.K. are commited to provide teaching to children in schools to proffesional athletes
and everyone in between.
We also do shows and demonstraions and are proud members of the British
Rope Skipping Assosiation.
